Food at the queens is lovely.
I had a steak on a stone a while back and it was gorgeous.
I think theyre on special for the month of May - 15.95 - seems to be there big thing now.

I was in O'Neills last weekend and had my 1st O'Hara's stout on draft - & was a bit disappointed - not a patch on the bottled stuff imo. Please tell me that it was a once off
as it was only a passing visit and I had intended visiting again for a proper session of craft beers next Saturday - I live in Naas and have to rely on Tesco & O'Brien's for craft beers.

BTW also tried a half glass of Molloys chocolate stout - bland and a half glass of trouble brewings Or golden beer - couldnt finish it

O'Neill's have Black Rock in bottles for stout with proper flavour.

Theoretically wouldn't it be possible to up the Roast malt percentages to create a beer that after the nitro "flavor wash-out" would still have an equivalent level of roasty flavor compared to the bottled CO2-only version but that has the smooth nitro mouth feel and creamy head?

(From the brewery's perspective I'm not saying it makes €€ sense to make two separate products, but just from a theoretical product perspective, would it accomplish the goal?)
-Do we have any science on specifically what flavors become muted by nitro?

O'Haras bottles are in Conradh na Gaeilge apparently. (Michelle told me)which makes an improvement on that fake irish beer they used to carry what was it called? The stuff that was "brewed in the EU" (belgium)
