I've stopped updating this list, but I at least can still contribute.

Oh, and just to add The Salthouse in Galway has seven Irish beers on tap, including Oyster Stout and Carlow IPA.

Two new additions as of today:

Cliff House Hotel in Ardmore and The Vic. in Tramore. Both have all three bottles.
