Dont know but I believe across the river from the well (a little west of it I imaigne) part of the quay wall fell into the river and as a result the lower floor of the Mercy Hospital had to be avaucated. As said hope the well and Bierhass are o.k.

Any more info will update ....

Weather is so strange - Today is so sunny with clear sky and mild but more very bad weather forecast for Saturday and Sunday
