I'm in Barna, Galway this weekend staying in the 12 pins. While at the bar last night who should tap me on the shoulder only Bigears! 'here for the Hooker are you?' he says. 'Actually i was ordering Guinness.' Change that for a hooker!' i shout to the bar man.

That's the one. The brewers put out a shout on the web for a name for the beer and Galway Hooker was chosen. Needless to say we play on it at every opportunity. I for example had a hooker at my engagement party..

I did offer my wife a Hooker but she prefers to leave them to me.
