Was in Tara's yesterday to watch the rugby game and they no longer do Galway Hooker because "things are quiet". The 3 other people watching the game were certainly testament to this. Was told that they may bring it back next year.

Same situation regarding their Goose Island and Sierra Nevada bottled beers.

Fekc it anyway thats a real pity. Really must make more of an effort to get out there more. Havent been in about 3 months. I suppose the catchment area for them is small enough.

Taras seems an ideal location for a ICB meet up. Well except that its not in a major city. What beer related activities are near there? Biddy Earlys brewery[/url:kpbjgr7b] is one other thing to do.

Boating, swimming, mountain biking, fishing, drinking, eating, camping, sailing. All of these are best done with beer.

There is also a hippy camp just outside the village ever few months[/url:10cz63rc]. I wonder if they would run a homebrew course?

I swear there was a waft of petuli oil the moment I clicked on that link.
Basket weaving? Ti-pi making? The number of beers I would have to have consumed to get me involved would deprive me of the manual dexterity required for the task.
