You can pick this up at the Guinness Storehouse at St. James Gate for 2 euro a bottle. You can also find it at some local off-licenses around that area cold for 2.25-2.5 euro per bottle. I haven't really seen it alot elsewhere in Dublin though.

OOpppss...I may be wrong there. I guess that the Guinness FES that you can get around here isn't actually the version Guinness SES that you probably get elsewhere.

Its a different drink from the fairly common Guinness Foreign Extra.

Had a couple of bottles of the Special Export on Saturday...its good stuff...certainly better than the Foreign Extra. I prefer the Extra Stout over both of them though

It's the smoothness of the SES that I love in particular: so very Belgian.
