A friend was in London last weekend, and went into the Brewdog pub near Tower Bridge. According to their in-house newsletter they plan to open a Brewdog pub in Dublin this year. Any news on this?

Just that they've said it'll open in June 2019. There have been false starts before so I'm staying sceptical about whether it'll actually happen this time.

Ah, you know it's a new year when the old "Brewdog to open pub in Dublin this year" stories appear.

Location is somewhere in Silicon Docks with a rooftop terrace, according to James Watt. And will be a brewpub.

It's next door to Capital Dock, down at the very end of John Rogerson's Quay. DSDZ4740/18 is the planning reference. No mention of a brewery in the application though.
